- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery option.

4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Georgia. We are working on expanding our delivery areas—stay tuned!
5. Customs & Taxes
All orders include applicable local taxes. You will not be charged additional customs or duties if you are located in Georgia.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
DreamHut is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. If your package arrives damaged:
- Retain all packaging
- Contact the courier to file a claim
- Notify us at info@hutdream.com so we can assist
